We are looking to rent the Gainsborough road House share to Considerate, friendly professionals only. As a mixed house, we expect our tenants to respect each other's privacy, and to ensure that all the communal areas are clean and tidy. A detailed tenant guidelines document is available upon requests, a copy of which is available in the tenant handbook located in the kitchen).
To be considered as a prospective tenant, you must be able to provide the following:-
- Copies of references - employer and financial (bank statement etc)
- Copies ID - passport or EU driving licence
- Deposit - equal to one month's rent
- one month's rent in advance
Terms
- 6 month short term contract, followed by month to month, one month notice required by either party
- Single or double bedrooms for single occupancy only.
- Full terms will be provided upon application.
